These rules and regulations (“Terms and conditions”) shall
be binding on each participant (“Applicant”) who accept to pay the registration
fee for any upcoming / ongoing event to PIXEL LEARN EDUCATION FOINDATION.
By confirming on the website that you wish to make a payment
you agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions-
1. The payment can be made by online payment and in
Indian National Rupee only.
Before we can process your online payment, you must provide
us with your card details, we will use this information to process your payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct
information. We won’t store and/or share your bank or credit card details with
any other third party.
2. Refund Policy
The payment could not be refunded except in case of any
credit card fraud or duplicate transaction. Before making payments, all the participants
will be deemed to have read all the terms and conditions given. We reserve all
rights to make amendments to the existing Terms and Conditions. And it should
be the sole responsibility of the applicat(s) to check the terms and conditions

We will use the donation within our stated charitable objectives

- Eligibility of donor
You are eligible to make a donation towards the campaign,
subject to these terms and conditions-
- Must have attained the age of majority i.e., eighteen
years
- Must be of sound mind
- Must be a resident of India only, no foreign donations are
accepted.
- Payments towards donations
The payment can be made by Indian nationals through cheque
or online payment and in Indian National Rupee only.
Before we can process your online payment, you must provide
